A New Week
Well I went through one week. I have to admit working out was really hard. I only worked out for one day but during my lunch I did walk for 15 min which was about 1/2 a mile. Today I started off at the gym. I walked for 13 min and ran for 2. Ha! I know this sounds bad but for someone who hasn't ran since 6th grade this was good. I am going to try to add 1min everday to my running and see if I can increase this.
I have noticed on the phen that the more I work out the hungrier I am getting. I am just hoping this is my metabolism. I am still trying to search for healthier ways to eat. I am eating baked foods and maybe once a week I will treat myself to fast food. However, I have noticed that I could consume a double quarter pounder and fries but now I can eat a cheesebuger and a few fries and I am stuffed. So for me that is a big change and going good in the right direction.
My goal is to drop 3-5 pounds this week so lets see.

Monday start of consistency
I think the most important thing in losing weight is consistency and determination. It is all part of the mental game we have to play on ourselves to get started and stay in the game. I started today with my exercise workout with the ideal in mind to stay consistent. Working out at least 4 times a week even if it is nothing but going for a walk. I actually started last week but was only able to go to the gym once and walked at work on my lunch 2 times last week.
I had asked a few people to join me but they failed to go the distance with me. So I figured there is no dependency on others like it is on yourself. I can't beat others up for not helping me but I can beat myself up for not helping myself.
I also weighed myself (which is something I am trying to steer away from daily) and I was 2 pounds lighter, so in total 9 pounds I have lost. I have a doctors appointment on the 22nd so hopefully this wil prove to be true. I feel the difference and see it around my neck, lost double chin, tummy is going in, and thighs slendering.
Ever since I have taken a double dose of my 15.7 g of phens I no longer feel tired and have a lot of controllable energy. So lets see how this week turns out.
